👷‍♂️ When we spoke to Hector Saldana, past President of IUEC Local 25 and Mechanic-in-Charge (MIC) for Schindler Elevator Corporation at a new construction site close to Denver, he immediately asked us to gear up in a complete set of personal protective equipment.

💬 Hector highlighted the importance of clear communication on the jobsite, keeping the riding public safe, and how his top priority is getting his IUEC Brothers and Sisters home safe at the end of each day. “I’ve been in this trade for approximately 17 years. Safety first and foremost for me,” he said.
