High ceilings in all interiors! The overall light palette add such warmth to the residences. Breaking down the kitchen, you have Liebherr and Bosch Appliances, integrated with custom designed wood cabinetry that is complimented by the Calacatta Laza Gold Quartz countertop. All units have either a Juliet or large balcony. Whether facing McGuinness or facing the back of the building, you clear nearby buildings and get so much sky it’s impossible not to sun bathe.

3A, which is the 2-Bedroom unit I brought my buyer to, is listed at $1,135,000. Hard to pass up one of the few new developments (with great pricing) in a super hot neighborhood.

The coolest part of this building is the roof deck. Though the weather did not permit for a great photo, it’s worth knowing there are 4 private cabanas for sale so you have your own private oasis in a shared amenity.

You know what I hear all the time?“Hurry, let’s go to the beach. Labor Day is Monday!”

Today, Labor Day is a sign that Summer is coming to an end but in the late 1800s, there was a parade and picnics to draw awareness to worker’s rights in NYC. The start of unions eventually ended child labor and the 10-12 hour work day with little to no breaks and 1 day off every week, no sick time or paid vacation time. I mean…..unless you’re a real estate agent or self-employed am I right? 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🥴🥴😂😂😭😭
