We conducted a global study into the gender exercise gap and found women are facing multiple barriers to exercise across their lifetimes:
- 42% don’t feel fit or sporty enough to exercise
- 43% feel like they lack safe spaces to move
- 74% of women report a lack of time to get a workout in
