2013! Only 11 short years ago, these fine students participated in the Student Leadership Initiative in Washington, D.C. After a day lobbying Congress for more funding for Middle/Early Colleges and staging Soap Boxes at the Capitol, they had time to take in the power and historical significance of the city. We always love hearing from former students. Our Salutatorian from the Class of 2020 Nina Therese Allera sent us an email to let us know about graduation from Hunter College this week. However, even more amazing…she was one of 16 Valedictorians in the Class of 2023, while also graduating a year early. She stated it was MCHS, our Early College Program and guidance from our College Advisor Melissa who made this possible. We are so proud and thrilled for Nina and all former Panthers receiving their degree!
