Today, on Day 2️⃣1️⃣ of our 31 days of action against domestic violence, we focus on the issue of power and control. In abusive relationships, the abuser often uses various tactics to maintain power and control over their partner. These can include physical violence, emotional and psychological abuse, financial control, and isolation from friends and family. It is important to recognize these signs of power and control in order to break the cycle of abuse and support survivors in seeking help. Let’s continue to raise awareness and take action against domestic violence. 💜

So keep it moving, and never lose sight of your inner strength and resilience.
