D'Lolly Lopez-Andollo is the founder of D'Lolly's Uptown Bakeshop. She graduated from her culinary studies at the Art Institute of Tampa in 2010. She has since worked at Magnolia Bakery and as the head baker at Darling Coffee. Starting March 21, 2016, she will supply wholesale baked goods to another indie coffee shop in the neighborhood. Update! We’ve added a new member to the team! Santiago was born March 23rd and he doesn’t do much yet in the kitchen but he’s cute, so we let it slide. Mama and baby are happy healthy and catching up on lots of snuggles! Thank you for your patience while we get adjusted to our new world 😁. We plan to be fully up and running again in a few weeks.
