This young patient underwent breast reduction. The bottom of the breast is not flat as is often seen after this type of surgery is performed. Breast should have symmetry and beautiful round curve in the lower pole to create a natural shape.

Lip Lift (Bullhorn Lip Lift)✨
Lip Lift is a procedure done under local anesthesia and only takes about 30-45 min. Can you believe this patient is only 6 weeks post-op? Patients always ask about the scar. Small changes make a huge difference for our lovely Revision Rhinoplasty patient. She had her first surgery done elsewhere and complained of the fullness above her tip and lack of tip projection and definition. She felt the nose looked short and that the tip was facing down more than she wanted. Here she is 6 weeks after revision and loving her nose!

Sometimes our patients want very subtle changes. This young woman wanted a “cuter” more petite and feminine nose. Often patients come to me after seeing my my work and say “I want that little scoop”. I explain that the nose is not actually scooped as you can see the dorsum on profile view is nice and straight, not curved in. But by providing the proper tip projection and aesthetics there is no fullness above the tip, causing it to look less defined, and the nose to look short or the tip blunted on profile view.
