Hello to our friends of West Chelsea!

We miss you and hope you are well and staying healthy! We are excited to be reopening our kitchen for takeout orders.

We will be taking orders over the phone on Thursdays-Sundays from 5-8:30pm. Please call 646-398-9770 to place your order. We will be offering a limited dinner menu as well as our full sushi menu.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate requests from items not listed on our modified menu. As we better understand logistics and demand, we will update our menu and hours accordingly.

Dear friends & family of Juban,

We hope our note finds you safe and healthy during this surreal time.

Two weeks ago, we did what we felt was the right decision for our team & guests and closed our doors to help stop the spread of this virus. Since then, we've been monitoring each day's developments from public health officials around the world. For the past 2 weeks, we, along with many friends in the industry, have been trying to understand what the future holds for restaurants like Juban. From advocating for small business relief to pitching in with meals for our frontline healthcare workers, our industry has come together for its communities.

Now we're asking you to help . At this time, our greatest priority is to take care of our staff. If you have loved dining with us, we humbly ask that you consider purchasing a gift card (at https://www.toasttab.com/juban/giftcards) which can support our employees and their families' welfare.

When the tide starts to turn, there will be a new normal but we know one thing will stay the same - friends around a bottle of sake toasting kanpai!
