How? As it is written “ve et maamar mordechai Esther ossa," Esther is bound to the leader of the generation. She does not think about her personal benefits or logic. She does not rely only on her political status or outward beauty, she asks the Jewish people to fast and pray. She too fasts for 3 days which probably did not contribute to her beauty when standing in front of King Achashverosh. She resigned herself to the Creator of the world with mesiras nefesh to save the Jewish People. The month of Adar is a blessed month whose Mazal increases, a month that we are commanded to add in joy. Purim is a time of fertility, its sign is fish. Yoseph the righteous was blessed with “va yidgo la rov be kerev haaretz." How can we as women in our daily lives and on Purim learn from Queen Esther and erase the memory of Amalek, eradicate the Serpent? Push away the indifference,
