Performing these Mitzvos is not always easy. For some, it might be finding time to make challah, for others? Keeping the laws of Niddah, and then for some (or let’s face it, most of us!) going into Shabbos with a sense of calm.
But maybe that’s just the point. The amazingness of these mitzvos is that we have a unique ability to infuse grace - our own individual sense of propriety, love and care into what we do - within Halacha of course. And that is truly a gift from God. What do you do to bring meaning into these mitzvos?
This is part of a beautiful article that can be found in full https://www.mikvah.org/article/chana_the_grace_of_woman. Thanks to Chaya M. Klein for sharing your words.

Mikvah.org joins the global Chabad community in mourning the loss of Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Kotlarsky, a renowned emissary of the Rebbe, Vice Chairman of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch who passed away on Today, 27 Iyar 5784, just days before his 75th birthday.
Born in Brooklyn's Crown Heights in 1949, Rabbi Kotlarsky played a crucial role in revitalizing Jewish communities and expanding Chabad institutions globally.
In his capacity as Vice Chairman of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch, he oversaw more than 5,000 Chabad centers and educational facilities worldwide.
His steadfast dedication to the mission of the Lubavitcher Rebbe left an enduring legacy on Jewish outreach and education, including projects in cooperation with the Mikvah Organization, such as the Kallah Teacher Training Program and other special projects.
