!!!!Tomorrow is opening day of the Pearl River Farmers Market located downtown in the Central Avenue field from 10am to 2pm. They’ll also be guest appearances by harp students from a local music school.

Hudson Valley Pantry will be selling this weekend, 2-3 September at the Stormville Flea Market! It's set to be a spectacular weekend, some come see us at Stormville Flea Market, located 428 Route 216 in Stormville, NY, from 8am to 4pm. We'll have so much jam, salsa, pickles and honey available.

Here is what's happening at the market this Sunday, May 28. We will again be in Flywheel Park so please remember to follow the parking rules and remember to visit the local shops and restaurants. See this week's vendor list below.

According to Cornell Cooperative Extension, now is the best time to plant tomatoes and squash together. These companion organic seedlings are available this week from Fresh Meadow Farm Farm alongside their seasonal produce of shiso, French sorrel, new varieties of basil, stinging nettles and beautiful baby lettuce greens (Red, Butterhead, Little Gem).

For guests this week, we welcome A Tart’s Tart to Piermont. Owner/baker, Lesa Cash makes delicious key lime pies & tarts (photo) and chocolate tarts. Myriad Mirage features nature inspired jewelry.

Here are some Memorial Day highlights from your regular vendors. Hudson Valley Pantry has five flavors of salsa, basil pesto, hummus and a new decadent carrot cake jam. PLANT BABY has fresh cut flowers, not just perfect for Vets! Charlotte's Home Kitchen has her "Remembrance Cake" made with lemon and rosemary (the symbol for remembrance). EmpaBake's Lillian is back this Sunday with Ropa Vieja-sweet plantain, chicken, buffalo chicken, beef, shrimp and spinach-cheese baked empanadas. Manor Sangria will have their jalapeno blend available along with their traditional blend.

This will be Chosen Family Baked Goods last week at the market. We've especially enjoyed Hailee's hand pies featuring seasonal fruit from local farms. And those muffins....Thanks Hailee for being here this Spring!
