The beer style “IPA” is wide encompassing! We just tapped two very different beers that fall into the same category. (california) West Coast Classic is a west coast style IPA weighing in at 7%. It’s got lots of grapefruit and pine notes with an impactful bitterness. On the other end of the spectrum, otherhalfnyc Forever Ever is a hazy session IPA brewed in Brooklyn. Its safe to call it a classic at this point! Juicy and hazy, it’s loaded with Citra and mosaic hops for a full flavor. And at 4.7% ABV you can have a few without getting gee eyed. Both are fresh, both are delicious and both are on tap now!

Every once in a while we get our hands on a keg that brings us all kinds of excitement. Today is one of those days! Clémentine Tilquin (Draft Version) is now on tap. We’ve had a bunch of different lambics from this esteemed Lambic beer blendery but this is the first time we’ve poured this varietal. “New larger scale batch prepared for Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2024, with 90 gr of clementines per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics. First time served on March 22, 2024”. Enjoy while it lasts. This keg is a one and done!

It’s always a treat when we get our hands on some Tilquin, especially the newer variations like this one: The Mûre-Rhubarbe Tilquin - Draft Version (5.4% alc/vol) is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of frozen blackberries and fresh rhubarb in a blend of 50% of Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics, to reach a final concentration of 175 gr blackberries and 175 gr rhubarb per Liter”.
