My name is Kyla and I lead sales here at Verb.

Today is NATIONAL RUNNING DAY! I absolutely love having Verb Bars on my long training runs. I’m a marathoner and ultra-marathoner and when I’m running 30 miles, I need two things. Caffeine and Calories.

I have a Verb Bar before or during almost all of my runs. I’ll have a Verb Protein Bar right before I walk out the door for an easy morning run, or I’ll pack 2 or 3 in my hydration vest to have every 5-6 miles during a long run.
