Anyone else noticing the beautiful October sunsets lately?!

Kahn Architecture developed the design for a 12,500 SF offices of a financial company, Monomoy Capital Partners. The space consists of a large reception area, private offices, two conference rooms, kitchen pantry and open workspace areas. Design details created by the team include custom sliding glass doors, custom wood door frames which allow for wooden doors to close flush with the glass panel walls.

Kahn Architecture was the Architect of Record for a high end luxury watchmaker brand for 2 boutiques in malls in NYC and Short Hills Mall in NJ. The projects contains millwork throughout and lounge areas for a luxurious customer experience.

Kahn Architecture has extensive experience designing and developing office workplaces for our corporate clientele. Depending on the nature of the client, our design team creates multiple test-fit plans as options for how the space can be broken out. This example shown here, consists an open workspace area with acoustic baffles hung above the workstations to increase sound clarity beneath the high exposed ceiling.

Kahn Architecture designed and developed the dynamic training center for a luxury retail client. The space has retractable partitions installed to break the rooms up for multiple meetings to occur, and features easy to move furniture to allow opportunity for layout transformations.

Kahn Architecture developed the retail planning studio for IKEA. The project scope included a feasibility study of implementing IKEA’s first-of-its-kind concept Planning Studio. Utilizing IKEA’s brand standards, Kahn Architecture altered the existing three-story retail space.

Happy National Cheese Day! We're thinking about our project we developed for the largest dairy products group in the world, Lactalis. The space offers a “Lactalis Experience” for their employees, which included an eat in pantry, a large conference room, an employee store, and a tasting room to taste their dairy products. Welcome to CHEESE HEAVEN!

Kahn Architecture developed a new lobby and corridor design package for a four-building co-op on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, NY. Our team designed new architectural elements to enhance the classic features including new millwork storage and concierge desks, new wall covering, as well as new lighting, while maintaining historic elements, such as terrazzo flooring and carved plaster ceiling moldings.

This project was the corporate office for a luxury watch brand company, which the KAD team designed the conference space with sleek lighting, furniture and artwork that illustrates the client's brand.

Furniture coordination is an integral part of every project. Kahn Architecture develops new furniture programs to incorporate new and existing product to create a cohesive environment. For this particular project, existing spaces were re-programmed to meet today’s collaborative space needs including expanded pantry seating, an open technology centered training room and lounge areas adjacent to workspaces.
