Job Description:
On Location Tours is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and charismatic part-time Tour Guide for our popular Gossip Girl Sites Tour in New York City. If you are a fan of the hit TV show and love sharing your passion for the series with others, this is the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities:
-Lead engaging and informative tours of various Gossip Girl filming locations throughout NYC.
-Provide historical and background information about the sites visited, as well as behind-the-scenes details from the show (script and route will be provided)
-Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants.
-Answer questions and interact with tour participants to enhance their experience.
-Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
-Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour with professionalism and efficiency.
-Collect and manage tour tickets when necessary.
-Promote other On Location Tours offerings and encourage participants to leave reviews and post on social media.

Requirements:
-Deep knowledge of the Gossip Girl series, including characters, plotlines, and filming locations.
-Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
-Outgoing and personable, with a passion for engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
-Ability to work independently and manage groups of varying sizes.
-Familiarity with New York City’s layout and public transportation system.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-Previous experience as a tour guide or in a customer service role is a plus.
-Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
