If you’re looking for a new place to dine this weekend, we recommend a team favorite spot! Serafina Restaurant Fabulous Pizza emerged as an idea two friends came up with while temporarily lost at sea in a boat. Obviously they were rescued, because they opened their pizza place on 79th Street on the Upper East Side in 1995. It’s now an institution for families and friends, with 13 locations – and that’s just in New York.

In a Miami neighborhood filled with converted warehouses housing craft breweries, funky art galleries, chic clothing boutiques, stylish bistros, and late-night bars for hip young crowds, we are working on a cool new residential project. "Wynhouse Miami" – which will include a refurbished Airstream trailer that's just been placed on its 2nd floor (see story at the link) – will add 308 rental residences to the neighborhood of Wynwood. Also included in this happening development will be a fitness center, co-working lounge, and a creative lounge connected by a landscaped courtyard (where the Airstream will reside). The rooftop will host a pool, spa, and outdoor entertainment areas, all offering views of the Wynwood and downtown Miami skyline.
