Christmas cookies! More basic than my usual but my shakey hands can't handle the extra detail at this time

It's been 7months since I've made my cookies...... and it was so hard to do. Took longer than typical and found out I developed tremors in my hands when trying to do fine detail work.
After not making cookies since Christmas due to my accident in January I finally feel up to attempting them again and hope my fine motor skills are still intact. Suggestions for designs you'd like to see? Thinking maybe summer/beach theme.......
