Even though we’ve made strides in labor rights over the years, many disabled workers in the U.S. are still caught in an unfair system. Disability:IN, an organization that advocates for disability inclusion in business, announced the launch of a new career accelerator. The Early Career Talent Accelerator is a 12-week development program that seems to help disabled professionals grow within their current companies. The cohort includes 25 employees from 23 participating employers.
