The total building is 70,300 square ft. on 12.1 acres of land immediately adjacent to the Delano Hitch Park at the South West gateway into the City of Newburgh. NAUC is an educational enrichment center that also rents its facilities for private events.

This tournament is more than just a basketball event – it's an opportunity for our youth to come together, showcase their skills on the court, and, most importantly, foster a sense of community and camaraderie.

Toys for Tots registration is officially OPEN!

Use the QR CODE to register for toys. Please note, the language selection bar at the bottom of the page, to select your preferred language. On distribution dates, you will need to have a social security card or birth certificate, and a benefit card present for each child registered. You will also need photo identification and proof of residency (a piece of mail) for yourself. You must be a resident of Orange County to receive toys at this location.

Our Story

The Newburgh Armory Unity Center (NAUC) was created in response to the specific needs of the residents of the City of Newburgh and the students of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District. It is a place where community members of all ages may come together for educational, athletic, and civic opportunities, in order to engage with others and advance our community.

The Saturday Morning Enrichment Program, our signature program, provides the opportunity for children ages Pre-k-8th grade to participate in more than 40 classes/programs including literacy, computer science, healthcare, criminal justice, aviation, engineering, mathematics, art, music, history, chess, sewing, and gardening. Each course is offered 52 Saturdays every year and serves 600+ children each week at no cost.
