3 REASONS WE LOVE BROCCOLI
🥦 Broccoli contains a special chemical compound called sulforaphane, which scientists have studied for its medicinal effects. Studies show that sulforaphane can: 
• Lower the risk of cardiovascular disease 
• Prevent steroid-induced osteoporosis 
• Have cancer fighting properties
🥦 Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamin C, which is important for maintaining a healthy immune system. Vitamin C also supports healthy skin and can help the body absorb iron.
🥦 Broccoli is an extremely nutrient-dense vegetable, providing vitamins and minerals like vitamin K, folate, and fiber. It is low in calories, has antioxidants and contains more protein per calorie than steak 💪🏼

You will find broccoli scattered across our new menu a few different ways including in this Miso Broccoli Wrap, Roasted Broccoli with spicy almond butter sauce, and a Broccoli Cheddar Soup!

We're so excited to announce more on our huge round of menu upgrades! We can't get enough of our 4 new salad wraps- The Avocado Caesar Wrap, Mediterranean Wrap, Carnitas Crunch Burrito and Miso Broccoli Wrap. They deliver the satisfaction of a hand held wrap with the fresh vibrant flavors of a salad, leaving you feeling satisfied and energized after lunch.

Our staff favorites have now been highlighted in the Simple + Tasty section- try our upgraded power plate which now comes with avocado making it the perfect simple meal. This section also includes our roasted broccoli and the classic quesadilla which you can always add carnitas or chorizo to! Our nut-free friends will appreciate that we are now making our mushroom chorizo with pumpkin seeds in place of the walnuts, it is even more savory and delicious. Try it across our breakfast menu, on tacos or as an addition to any bowl. And by popular demand our ‘chicken n waffles’ is now available every day, not just on weekends.

We've also given our smoothies a boost- literally and figuratively. In addition to two completely new smoothies (hellooo matcha mint chip and spicy green) you will notice an increased focus on protein and performance across our existing smoothies. Our breakfast buzz now comes standard with protein, making it the perfect breakfast on the go. Organic cold-brew coffee, almond butter, banana, protein... sign us up! If you used to love the Ironman smoothie, this is now the one for you! The Ironman has been upgraded for performance- choose coconut milk or coffee and it now comes with creatine and ashwaghanda. The coco loco smoothie has been given a cosmetic upgrade with a swirl of our vanilla cashew cream and also gives us a cosmetic upgrade thanks to the inclusion of wild sea moss- a fiber rich mixture of over 90 minerals and nutrients that are great for skin, hair, and nails.

Speaking of sea-moss, you’ll now find 16oz jars to take home, bottles of our signature organic hot sauce alongside other pantry favorites like kale chips, granola, and dog treats for purchase in-store. The new menu drops in all stores for dine in, pick up, and delivery on Monday 10/23!

Most of us have tossed the canola oil at home but turn a blind eye when dining out. Most restaurants and even many *healthy* places are guilty of using highly inflammatory seed oils because they are "cheap" and "neutral" - neutral meaning they have been deodorized and bleached to remove any rancid flavors that the chemicals used to extract the oil may have imparted. Nasty stuff indeed.

At Vibe, we are proud to say that since day 1 we have never used any seed oils. We only cook with avocado oil, we use extra virgin olive oil in our dressings and we bake with coconut oil. All organic of course!
