This is a woman that I performed my most common procedure on, which is an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with lower eyelid pinch blepharoplasty, with a lower face and necklift.

The specific details regarding this patient that made her somewhat more challenging was the amount of significant laxity (looseness) of her lower face and neck in conjunction with the fact that her skin is extremely thin. Nonetheless, I was able to get a very balanced and natural result, blending the upper, middle, and lower third of the face and neck seamlessly……somewhat more challenging with this degree of loose skin.

She looks very natural and fresh from all 3 photograph angles, obtaining a “reversal of the clock” by at least 15 years.

This patient was beautiful before and is beautiful after. Getting rid of jowls is an anti aging game changer and we can’t stress enough how nice it is to address these signs of aging early. Not only did Dr. Ambe do a lower and but also addressed the aging eyelids with a lower eyelid pinch blepharoplasty.

This patient had a lower face and necklift with upper and lower eyelid pinch blepharoplasty and peri-oral Co2 laser resurfacing. Face and neck lifts address skin *laxity and while it does smooth skin by the sheer nature of the procedure (pulling) oftentimes skin texture needs to also be further addressed especially when the aging process has set in for some time prior. The area around the mouth can be infamous for deep grooves that need resurfaced so that is why we added Co2. Per usual, this patient looks like a more refreshed version of herself, the shape of her eyes and mouth didn’t change although her transformation is quite dramatic. Swipe to see in detail.

This woman came to see me from the state of Texas. She is a very successful entrepreneur who represents a growing percentage of women seeking facial rejuvenation in my practice, women under 50 years of age.

In this case, I performed a lower face and necklift and upper eyelids on her. The results will not be as dramatic, but if one knows what to look for, the results are fairly significant from the 3/4 (angled) view and side view.

There is significantly more definition of the jawline and neckline from the 3/4 view, as well as side view and from the frontal view, she simply looks “fresh”.

One would be surprised as to how much skin I was actually able to remove from the lower face and neck…..I call this a “substantive but subtle result”, one that quite a few women come in to my office seeking.

There’s no question, addressing the eyes, neck and jawline •surgically• is the BEST approach to aging gracefully. It’s a great idea to commit to this process sooner than later so that it’s not an obvious turning back of the clock.
