To all our clients:

It feels so good to be back!! We are happy to be open and running again. This is just an update post on the current rules that will be required for you to follow when you come in for an appointment.

1. Wearing a mask will be mandatory. Please wear a mask that you dont mind getting color on. We will try our best not to, but in some cases it might be inevitable.

2. Please call the salon or text your stylist to inform them you have arrived. There will be no more waiting area. When we are ready for you, we will call/text you to enter the salon.

3. Upon entering, you will have your temperature taken. If your temperature is 100.4 or above, we will have to decline you service and ask you to reschedule.

4. Please wash hands/or use the hand sanitizer that will be provided by us upon arrival.

5. Refreshments such as coffee and soft drinks will no longer be provided. We will still provide water if necessary, but we ask you to bring your own beverages.

6. Please do not bring any company such as friends, family, or pets. As much as we love them, we are following a strict one client per stylist rule.

7. If you appear sick or feel sick, we ask you kindly to please reschedule.

8. Magazines will no longer be provided. You may bring your own book or any other reading material.

9. Services such as waxing, makeup, and peels will not be provided at this time. We will still have makeup for sale, but all testers have been removed.

We are looking for an assistant to the owner of Acme Hairdressing. 35-40 hours a week.

Must be able to multi-task from doing reception work to helping the owner with shampoos and blow drys. This position is perfect for someone who is just starting out or fresh out of school. California Cosmetology license is required.

Classes will be offered from the representatives of the product lines we carry. You must be willing to go to the classes on your days off. Some will be free and some may require a payment.

I'm loving how this turned out😍my client came in with bright bold red locks, and needed a more natural look for her new job! I love doing color correction. I did a color remover first to take out at least a few layers of the red, then I did a full balayage with a schwartzkopf color shadow root. I pulled through some of the base / root color for demention. Five hours later I have a beautiful honey blonde. Hair by Katie Kemnitz Johnson!

It was a full hair transformation on Saturday! This client wanted to go darker, but is allergic to color. So with patience, lots of foils, and 9 inches of hair cut off we succeeded!
