Hello my friends,
Just want to give you some updates on my treatment.
GOOD NEWS !
After 6 chemo cycles with ups an downs , I just got a great report on my last scan..

All the lymph nodes are shrinking. It is not over yet but it is on its way to be. The goal is to get this done by the end of December
So after my visit with my doctor , I just went to my favorite coffee place "Moongoat coffee" and zen over this good news sipping their amazing Matcha tea latte with their housemate almond milk and a so smooth buttery biscuit.
I want to thank all of you for all the great supports and all your prayers and wishes
Merci mes Amis !

Here is my video recipe preparation of making a beurre blanc.
A classic sauce but also a versatile sauce that you can flavor with the herb of your choice or spice of you choice. Have fun with that!
It looks rich but the key is to just use enough for your dish , so a soup spoon or 2 should be plenty for a serving.
It is great for seafood like salmon, cod, halibut, swordfish but also good on vegetables like asparagus or broccoli.

Two of the favorites salad we are offering.
Either individual or buffet style.
Grilled Young squashes with a white balsamic vinaigrette and pomegranates. The other one is steamed beet salad, red and yellow,; dry aged herbs goat cheese, roasted walmuts and frisee.
