Join me Sunday morning for a lovely practice to stretch, strengthen, and nourish your mind, body and spirit! Followed by a delicious pancake brunch and plenty of time to mingle. :)
Care for a delicious buttery blueberry compote on top of your pancakes? 💙 Or just some old fashioned pancakes with maple syrup? These pancakes will be made from scratch using organic ingredients only.

Padma Mudra | Gesture of the Lotus 🪷
Helps heal the heart and strengthen’s self-love. Supports our cardio-respiratory and immune systems. Helps cultivate unconditional love, compassion and empathy. Can be helpful during times of depression.
The word mudra means, “a seal, or sealing posture”. Mudras balance the subtle energy field and energy network within and around the body.
Padma means ‘lotus’ in Sanskrit. This mudra directs our breath and energy to the front the chest, supporting the opening of the anahata (❤️) chakra. It helps to teach/remind us to see through the eyes of our heart and respond from a place of empathy and compassion rather than judgement or reaction. As our subtle heart begins to open, compassion becomes easeful and universal love naturally arises.
If you’d like to give it a try…
~ Bring your palms together and place your thumbs along your sternum.
~ Keeping the little fingers and thumbs together, open the middle, ring and index fingers, forming the shape of an unfolding lotus.
~ Exhale from the base of your skull, down the back of the neck, between the shoulder blades and out into the Earth.
~ Inhale into the fullness of your heart.
~ Release and set free any thoughts of judgement or self-doubt.
~ Repeat this affirmation 8-10 times (or as many times as you wish): I allow myself to hold compassion and empathy. I give space for unconditional love to be present.
~ When you’re ready, feel where your thumbs are resting against your sternum— inhale gently, and completely.

A Friendsgiving Retreat @ Villa

Our very first Roaming Serenity challenge begins tomorrow, 8/19!
Join me every Saturday & Sunday online from August 19th through September 17th for a 45 minute morning practice! For those that attend each of the 10 donation based offerings under this challenge, you'll receive 1 free online small group yoga class on me. :)
If for any reason you are unable to attend all 10 classes, please know you are more than welcome to pick and choose the dates and classes that align best for you. I'll still be hosting our regular weekly Monday & Tuesday evening classes, which can be found at the bottom of the sign up page.
This 10 day challenge is donation based. Meaning, you choose the amount that feels in alignment for you for the classes you choose to attend. Accepting payment via Venmo.
These donation based offerings will be a little different in that a portion of the proceeds will go to supporting relief efforts in Maui.

Restorative Yoga is a prop based practice known to support our nervous system and help induce sleep. Yoga Nidra, referred to as "yogic sleep", is a guided meditation also known to induce sleep and help activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
Join me and your Roaming Serenity community from 6:30-7:15pm (pst) this Sunday, 8/6. Have your props ready and remember to dress comfortably. I'll meet you on the mat! :)

A nourishing yoga & pilates practice to support you after a long week of work/play. You might just walk away feeling a little bit taller and more open in your chest and shoulders. :)

A yoga strap or resistance band. A towel would also work.

A Little Holiday Retreat @ Villa

Come spend a quaint and cozy afternoon with me () at Villa this December! Consider gifting this time to yourself or include a loved one to enjoy this experience with.
This afternoon retreat will weave together a variety of different teachings designed with the intention of nourishing your mind, body and spirit. Our movement practice will include Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, a little Pilates, Restorative Yoga, and pranayama (breathwork). During savasana, we’ll relax to the healing sounds of the crystal bowls, chimes, and a rose quartz pyramid.
After your sound healing session, we will gather together in community with the option to sip on warm cacao (or tea) and enjoy some light vegetarian/vegan bites in the comfort of Villa. We will conclude this time together with a serene candlelight meditation and a cozy hand-poured gift for you to take home.

What to Bring (optional):
Anything that brings you joy and comfort. Depending upon the weather, you might opt to bring a pair of socks, a sweater/jacket, a cozy blanket, or an eye mask for your time in savasana. I would encourage you to bring a water bottle so you can hydrate yourself as needed— we do have filtered water in the studio so you can refill at any time. If you don’t bring a water bottle, no worries! We’ll have cups. Lastly, option to bring your favorite mug as we sip on warm cacao (or tea) together. :)
We encourage to bring your own yoga mat; however, we do have yoga mats available to rent ($2) for use inside of the studio. We also have some blankets to support our practice.

This practice began healing my traumas years before I ever even made that connection. I began my yoga journey around the year 2004 and I must say, my internal and external sense of sight have shifted drastically. Honored and grateful to be sharing these healing practices.

A Little Afternoon Retreat @ Villa

$75 /person
Join me () for an afternoon retreat designed to nourish your mind, body and soul. This offering will incorporate hatha/vinyasa yoga, a little pilates, restorative yoga, crystal healing and sound healing. All levels are welcome! After our movement practice we will gather in community and you’ll have the option to nourish yourself with some light vegan and vegetarian bites, as well as some organic coffee or tea. My sweet mama and I will be baking pogácsa together to share with those that are interested in trying it. It’s a traditional Hungarian pastry/biscuit that brings about some wonderful childhood memories for me personally. I hope you’ll enjoy too!
After we’ve nourished our tummies, we will be walking down to the sand and sea for a final meditation before we conclude our time together. You’ll walk away with a little gift in hand and hopefully, a refreshed and serene heart.

This morning’s practice was ‘A Heart Opening Flow’ in honor of love & friendship. Together, we incorporated the Kapota (dove) mudra and some of us held a rose quartz crystal within our palms to support our own unique healing.

I put together a special virtual offering for us in the spirit of love & friendship!! 💖 In this practice we will utilize elements of Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga, with a touch of Pilates & Restorative Yoga. This flow was designed to give a little extra attention, love & gentle care to our hearts. We will conclude our time together with a slightly longer and cozy savasana.
