Happy World Environmental Day! I love my plastic straws, I do, but I also know how damaging they are to the environment. So embrace this Diva tip to help reduce your environmental footprint. Give yourself some motivation to be your best self. Plan a summer party for all your friends or maybe those neighbors you don't know even after all this time. You could do it in your house or if you have a great backyard, try some fun in the sun! Make it a potluck. Or plan something unique, like a hotdog mix-up party with some unusual toppings. Or keep it cool with popsicle spritzers! Giving yourself something to look forward to gives you the motivation to keep in shape, get excited and boost those good hormones that keep you at a frequency of health, abundance, confidence, and joy.

Look at this fun journal where you can write out your vision for the future. Write it as though it has already happened. And then read it back, so your summer can be full of you starting to live the life you want. You know, Mother's Day is coming up. Do something special by learning something about your Mother that you didn't know before. Ask her what her favorite memory is or what is something that she has always wanted to do and hasn't gotten around to it yet. If she says a trip to Paris, even if you can't go right now, then print a photo of the Eiffel tower with a $10 or $20 bill and gift it to her and make a plan on when you will go and start saving for it. Little by little you'll make her irresistible dreams come true. Or plan a trip to honor her favorite memory. And remember just being on the right path is what makes your life irresistible. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to get there. But every month, putting $10 towards that goal and looking at hotels and places to visit together can the journey just as much fun as the trip. Just a simple gift like that with a note that says how much you want to make her dreams come true will make her mother's day the best one yet. My Irresistible Life

How to deal with regrets that make your life less irresistible—-
1. Think of how it might have turned out worse.
2. Find the silver lining.
3. Turn the regret into an “At Least” statement.

Regrets exist to help us keep evolving towards an irresistible life by helping us make better decisions. But if we don’t use them in the right way, we just get stuck in the mud.

Ex. If you arrive to find someone some broke in and stole your stuff…at least you weren’t there and no one got hurt.
