Flashback to a year ago when we just got our sign and the start of our fence. That sign was painted by me and the girls and it is absolutely insane that we are planning our first anniversary party!

That second picture was taken by the baby and I know that she started to love to take pictures because I was always documenting the progress of the shop through my camera.

We have a very wonderful wine tasting that I've been so looking forward to with tomorrow starting at 2:30. If you've been in the shop and ask me for an amazing wine that will blow my mind, you probably heard me suggest one of these bottles. Evan puts his heart and soul into these bottles and some of them he literally had a hand in creating them. Come by tomorrow and all the bottles you choose to grab from him are 10%. If we run out of the bottles, you can pre-order them.

I feel super lucky in carrying his stuff in the shop. Check out his page for more info on his unfiltered wines and what he'll be sharing tomorrow.

Round of hands (hehe) to Micah for always being down for me to get creative with whatever ideas I throw their way. It feels so good to have people on the team that are down to have fun and go with the flow regardless of how our of the box my ideas get.

Get pumped for another great time with and me with a yarn and cider tasting. I'm scouring some cool and wild ciders for this event and Liz has the coolest yarn to match the level of wonderful.

Last yarn and wine tasting was AWESOME. So many people coming together and just making stuff with their hooks and needles. It was very adorable and you don't want to miss it. Check out the second picture with us lining up 5 picnic tables on the deck to have everyone be all cute and cozy together.

Also so so so excited to see everyone after these very dumb weather days where we didn't see all of our friends.

We have these birds up on the teams favorite beers in the coolers nowadays to help you if you are overwhelmed with the options. Let me introduce some of our pals so you can match with their type of beer and find their beers each week.

Kaitlyn (to the right) loves sours and lighter beers. Her current favorite is the aggressive menace from which is a lager and is claimed to be "crushable". Micah also would have put their bird here but Kaitlyn is so speedy. So this one is a double bird situation.

Micah (middle) loves light beers and likes some ipas from time to time. Their current favorite is bloodaxe from .

Jordan (left) is a big fan of lots of styles of beers but really finds the downeast cider to be her current favorite. She is extremely pumped that we just got in the donut one and cannot wait to tap the keg. If she tells you it's bad, it's because she does not want to share.

Naomi is a baby and thinks non-alcoholic beers are cool. She's been a huge asset to the team this summer and we will miss her so much when she goes back to school. We'll see her again though during her breaks hopefully.

Britt's (me) bird typically flutters to the sour and IPA section. I love a good sour or IPA that is complex and delightful. One of my favorite things to do is splitting a beer and talking about what we taste. It's romantic so give it a try.

And Derek loves every style of beer and why we have this type of shop. He is super smart and will guide those extreme craft beer drinkers down the right path. You'll see his bird in any of the coolers.

One of my personal favorite things about starting this business is making such amazing friends with other small businesses that I look up to. I feel so lucky. So come by and meet these businesses if you haven't and see what all the hype is about. It's really something special.

Having this business for almost a year has been a wild time and I wouldn't want to be doing it with anyone else.
