Robert spent a significant amount of time explaining the process and providing an estimate with no pressure tactics. After some additional research, I placed the order with Robert. The custom-made windows were ready ahead of schedule and the work crew came earlier this week to install the windows. The work crew showed up on time. They were friendly; worked quickly and efficiently; and completed the job in a day and a half. The windows look great and dampen outside noise. I highly recommend Windows and More for window replacement."
