Beautiful Kitchen remodel in Toledo, Oregon. Amy Sue discovered the old brick oven shoot which was buried in the wall. Now it is a gorgeous feature added to this kitchen.

Coronado Shores update: homeowners have done the furniture shuffle to the other side of the house and now we have begun tearing out the old floor. Take a look below

Coronado Shores Update: floors and trim are going down. Beautiful luxury vinyl with a very beach drift wood look. Here’s a sneak peak of some pictures. With half the house mostly done the owners will be moving everything to the “new” side. And then we’ll get started with new flooring on the “old” side.

Whew! It’s been a few weeks of some hard work at the Coronado Shores house. The walls were textured and painted. We even painted the Ceiling too! More updates to follow of our progress over the last few weeks

Her is the current update of the Coronado Shores house. We’ve taken out the kitchen, the wood paneling and floors. Doug’s Electric was in to do the wiring last week and Newport Plumbing will follow to do the rough in for the new plumbing. Right now the new drywall is going in this week, so a little break while we stay out of his way!

Here is house that we have started working on in Coronado Shores. The kitchen is being completely gutted and re built. Also we are replacing the wood paneling throughout the house with drywall and putting in new floors throughout. Take a look at the before pictures.
