Kim is from Jamaica and helped open Figurella Mass in 2019! She joined the Figurella family about 6 years ago in Florida and has been passionate about helping uplift and encourage her clients since. She is also a singer and is always keeping her clients moving to the best of the songs we play!

Emphasize and enforce objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services and products to our current members
Assist with keeping the studio tidy

STRETCHING 🙆‍♀️
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. You can achieve the most benefits by stretching regularly, at least two to three times a week.

Summer hit: 3-min recipe 🥬 🥬 🥬

Set up 6 slices of bresaola on a plate forming a six petals flower. Cover the slices with Arugula, sprinkle parmesan cheese on it and add olive oil and lemon. Use a fork to make a little tasty and fresh roll. Stay light and healthy this summer!
