Makeover Monday 🌟 Meet Sara!

🦷 From a complex orthodontic history to a flawless smile, Sara's journey is nothing short of inspiring. After three rounds of braces, two upper expanders, and unexpected extractions, she was determined to make a change and came to us.

🌟 Our Smile Strategy:
•Clear Aligner therapy for 20 months
•Elastics for vertical control
•Interproximal Reduction (IPR) as Needed

Our goal was to correct both her anterior and posterior crossbite while creating space for an implant for tooth #3. If left untreated, a crossbite can lead to excess wear and tear on the teeth, an inability to chew food properly, and jaw discomfort.

🕒 Sara completed her treatment in just 17 months, thanks to her unwavering commitment: never missing an appointment, zero comfort/emergency visits, maintaining stellar oral hygiene, and perfect compliance with her aligners.

🌟Explore Jovon’s transformation journey.🌟

Take a look at this before-and-after of a remarkable journey! Jovon came to us with three impacted canines. To correct this issue, we collaborated with an oral surgeon for canine exposure surgery, using a bracket and chain to move those resistant canines.

Jovon chose ceramic upper braces and traditional metal lower braces to correct his impacted tooth and misalignment. After 29 months of dedicated treatment, including consistent use of elastics and good oral hygiene, Jovon’s smile is complete! 🦷

But that is not all! Jovon got married in the middle of this orthodontic treatment. We didn’t take a photo to show you, but we have placed a temporary buildup of the canine in preparation for his wedding so he wouldn’t look like he had a missing tooth. We are so happy that he now has all of his natural teeth to smile.
