You will be the first point of contact for our practice. Our front office duties include offering administrative support to the whole practice. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and answering phones. To be successful as a team member, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking is essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, as a part of the front desk team, duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes patients positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Words can’t explain how amazing this office is. Walked in with no hopes of saving my tooth but with the technology and knowledge Dr. Gilbert was able to save it! The receptionist and assistant are amazing made me feel so comfortable definitely recommend them 100%

I had my root canal done today by Dr. Gilbert. Saying that Dr. Gilbert is outstanding is not enough....he is beyond all expectations. He made me feel completely comfortable through the whole process. I never felt a thing, not even the shots to numb my mouth. I became so relaxed I couldn't believe it myself; I realized that I wasn't digging my fingers into the chair out of fear!! Dr. Gilbert is truly the golden nugget to his profession.

I must also mention Eileen who was my first contact to the office. She was pleasantly soft spoken and professional while answering all my questions. Her phone presence was so kind and welcoming, that it made me decide to make my appointment with King Endodontics. Also, there was another sweet girl at the front desk when I arrived who took care of the preliminaries very professionally.

I can't leave out Lily.....she is Dr. Gilbert's assistant. She so gently walked me through my preparations for the root canal. Such a delightful comforting lady and very efficient.

Bottom line here to all of you out there, if you ever need a root canal,
