TOMORROW! Our #6 ranked Penn State Nittany Lions put their undefeated record on the line at Northwestern. This game kicks off at 12:00pm and the Lions practiced this week without music! Unconventional? Yep, but with an average crowd at Northwestern just 1/6th the size of last weeks 110,000+ "white out" crowd, it makes sense to us! The expectations haven't been this high in years. Our team, ranked #7 in the country and the reigning Rose Bowl champions has two elite running backs, the best offensive line in the Franklin era, and NFL level talent on defense. And today we put it all in the hands of a freshman quarterback who is already considered one of the best young talents in college football. Penn State got here by beating Michigan Tech 8 to 0 on Friday and has NEVER been to the Frozen Four. Michigan got here by beating Colgate 11 to 1 and has been to the Frozen Four 26 times (including 9 National titles)! All the more reason for us to cheer for Penn State! WHITE OUT!!! The Penn State "White Out" at Beaver Stadium is ON tonight at 7:30pm for homecoming vs. Minnesota! Its' one of the most amazing experiences in college football - 109,000 people all dressed in white, black skies, fireworks, and incredibly loud and energentic. AND your probably don't have tickets. That's ok! The next best thing is to drive to The Broken Inn in Niskayuna where local fans and alum will get together to watch the game.
