An individual who can provide property maintenance services. The position is part time and hours vary depending on the needs of the properties. Pay is $20-25/hour, depending on experience.
Skills needed include painting, plumbing, some electric work, minor repairs, etc. This is an on call position. Very flexible with when jobs are completed as long as they get done in a timely manner. Only in emergency situations would there be a requirement to respond asap. Will be contacted directly by tenants for any property related issues. Must have own transportation and tools!
