We are so very saddened to hear of the passing of this wonderful lady! She will be greatly missed by so many! Sending our thoughts and condolences to her family and friends.

Most people don't know that the Nixa Chamber of Commerce awards someone with the Sharon Whitehill Lifetime Achievement Award at their annual Gala. This award is meant to highlight individuals who have given their all to Nixa. Why is it named this way? Because Sharon Whitehill is an individual who gave Nixa her all and left it a better place.

Not only has Sharon Whitehill served as the Nixa Chamber President, she has also served as the Mayor of Nixa and on countless non-profit boards that served our community.

She is a true beacon of service and will be sorely missed in our community.
