As The New Year Approaches......Be Aware Of...

👉Media and Trends: Exposure to popular diets through media, social trends, or recommendations from friends and family can influence women to try different approaches to losing weight and feeling better.

Don't Be Fooled By:

✅Diet pills
✅Weight loss shakes
✅Multi-level marketing nutrition programs
✅New diets
✅Old diets resurfacing

Weight loss, feeling better, balancing your hormones, and looking how you desire to look won't be fixed overnight.

There are specific needs for each woman depending on age, past diets, hormones, activity levels, stress, sleep, blood work, family history, and more.

Lack of Time??? 😓

Balancing work, family, and other responsibilities can leave little time for meal planning and exercise. A busy lifestyle may contribute to unhealthy eating habits and a lack of physical activity.

Start saying NO🙆‍♀️ to things to give yourself more margin to take care of your health.

There aren't any BUT BUT BUT..you don't understand situations if you aren't happy and healthy.

WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT? 🙆‍♀️😓🤯

Hormonal Changes: Hormonal fluctuations, such as those during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause, can influence weight. Changes in estrogen and progesterone levels can affect appetite, cravings, and where the body stores fat.

What can you do? Working 1-1 with a coach to meet your specific needs is hands down the best approach. (Link In My Bio For A Free Consult)

Other Considerations:👉
1) Lab Work with a functional practitioner https://vanishedaesthetics.com/about
2) Get more sleep. Aim for 8hrs
3) Exercise 5 days a week, adding weight training for 3 of these days.
4) Look for ways to de-stress and make it a priority to do so. No, drinking isn't an option. 🏆 Massage, sauna, friend time, vacations, short naps, walks outdoors, praying, and finding a supportive life-giving community.
5) Add supplements, but not just any. Your situation is unique and you could be throwing money down the toilet. Refer back to #1, getting adequate lab work to see where you are deficient.

💳💸💰GIVING TUESDAY💰💸💳

These beautiful girls 🤩 live in Parrita, Costa Rica and they are loved dearly by Jimmy & Vanessa, who operate Casa De Amor.

As of October this year, Parrita has a murder rate of a little over 500 per 100,000 residents. To put that in perspective, St. Louis has the highest in the United States of 70 per 100,000 residents.

Drug cartels have moved in over the years, as has violence. Why tell you this? Not to make you feel sorry, just to put an unknown in perspective. Most people have never heard of Parrita, nor will they ever travel there.

These kids have next to nothing, but you wouldn't know due to the joy, laughter, and fun they have on the streets in their neighborhood.

Jimmy and Vanessa's home is a light in the darkness. They don't have an abundance, but what they do have, they share.

At Casa De Amor🏠 we disciple men through the gospel of Jesus Christ, provide a safe place to live, food, clothing, toiletries, & transportation.
