Today we served the lovely customer
of Hay Connection for their customer appreciation day. Tri Tip sandwiches with either Prach BBQ sauce or a Carolina Mustard vinegar sauce. Rave reviews all around.

Another successful Norco Fair VIP cookout. Until next year Norco. Thank you Matt for helping me out after a lil SNAFU! I’ll cook next to you any day.

Come down to Sons of Liberty in Norco this Sat. Service great beer and the best tacos you’ll ever have.

Throwin down at the Norco Fair. 80lbs pulled pork and 20lbs chicken quarters. Back again tomorrow with 120lbs of Tri Tip and 20lbs of Chicken.
