This Classroom-Based Workshop is a MANDATORY PREREQUISITE for the upcoming Hands-On Workshop happening later this month, and will be an introduction to various food preservation techniques including:
-Canning
-Freezing
-Dehydrating
-Fermentation
-Pickling

Additional topics covered:
- Methods of Canning (Waterbath, Steam & Pressure Canning)
-Canning Tools
-PH Levels and Food Safety Guidelines
-Importance of Using Safe Recipes vs Rebel Canning.
-Where to find good information

Hey there metalfriends! For our upcoming show at the Grey Wolf Brewery in Norco, we are hosting a "Dress In Your Metal Best" contest with $ prizes for the top 3 winners. So if you plan to come lend your support and bang your head, be sure to grab your leather, spikes, and snarly attitude and give yourself a shot at winning some moolah($25 3rd pl, $50 2nd pl, $100 1st). None of us in the band will be doing any of the judging so while bribes are certainly appreciated and will be gladly taken, it wont help}:)

Norco Ranch Tour 5.   PHANTOM PHARMS is Refreshment ranch where you can get a hotdog, chips and a water or soda.  It has Quarter horses and a mini and this ranch shows how much you can fit on a small lot. 

Final items being sold before they close. Sad to see them go :(
