Our team at Occupied Renovations worked diligently to enhance the look and feel of the elevator lobbies, corridors, and stairwells. The new carpet and fresh paint have truly transformed these areas, giving them a modern and welcoming atmosphere.

COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We are excited to announce that we have a hired Michael Ivey as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!

Mike brings 25+ years experience in leading financial operations and strategy for multi-billion dollar organizations. Focus is on initiating strategies to reduce overall operating expenses and revitalizing organizational growth. Mike received a MS in Finance from Pace University (NY) in 2011 and received a BS in Finance from the University of Tampa (FL) in 2008.

Gary Selph will still be a vital part of the organization and will still be Chairman of the Occupied Renovations' Board. This is the first step in allowing Gary to take a step back and start the transition into retirement, which he has truly earned!

We are thrilled to have Mike on the team and we are confident that he will contribute greatly to our continued success!

Occupied Renovations partnered with Trinity Partners for a beautiful renovation at Torgindon Park in Charlotte, NC. This class A office space was a perfect project for our team - we are very excited for this new partnership and look forward to many successful projects in the future!
