This month, we recognize our incredible partner organizations working to combat domestic violence and support survivors. Together, we're building safer communities and helping families break the cycle of abuse.
As we recognize the 30th anniversary of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), it's vital to acknowledge that access to essential supplies, like diapers, plays a crucial role in empowering survivors—especially mothers—by providing them with the stability and support they need to care for their children during difficult times.
By working together, we can continue to uplift families and strengthen communities.
🚲💖 Huge thank you to the team from Sage! Their incredible Atlanta team volunteers regularly with Helping Mamas, but they recently also took the time to assemble these new amazing bikes, which we were able to pass along to four of our partner agencies, Because One Matters, Childkind, Corners Outreach & Meals by Grace Org . These bikes are bringing so much joy to the children they serve, and we’re so grateful for Sage’s continued support in making a difference in our community. Together, we’re changing lives one bike at a time! 💫
🎃 The spooky truth about period poverty is no trick—it’s a scary reality for millions of women. 🩸 Did you know that 2 in 5 women struggle to purchase period products due to lack of income? 🕸️
At Helping Mamas, we’re working to change this, but we need your help! Every donation of period products makes a huge difference in the lives of women in our community who are facing this challenge. Let’s fight period poverty together—no one should have to choose between basic needs and menstrual care.

🎃 The spooky truth? Diaper need is a real issue that impacts more than you might think. Without clean diapers, babies face serious health risks, and parents may miss work or school because they can’t access childcare. It’s a chain reaction that affects entire families. 🧡👶
Let's scare away diaper need this season! 🎃💪
