A note from our Madam President: Self-Care is important for your mental health. Despite life's stressors, there are many things that you can do to maintain positive mental health, including self-care. Taking care of yourself is an essential part of your mental health. What does self-care look like for you?
The Hampton Roads ABSW Social Action Committee has partnered with a local women and children Shelter on our Community Service Day!!! Through volunteering, we were able to organize their donations, build shelves, clean as needed, and we donated gift cards as well. We are committed to giving back to our community!
