What a blast from the past! I dug out the old GoPro that I haven't used in years and have only used while SCUBA diving or snorkeling... and found video of our dive several years ago in Cozumel. It was the first time I had done a backwards roll off the boat. I remember being so anxious. Enjoy the underwater video! This all came up because this past week, I got to do two stories on the Virginia Beach Fire Department and how they're training on dive equipment so they could use it to perform an underwater rescue.

These boys and girls be going home soon. I managed to go into the SPCA to see their 17 rescued beagles— and leave without one. It was hard. But I know they had plenty of hopeful owners lined up to adopt them!
