The Norman Business Association named The Trails Golf Club its Business of the Month for April, recognizing the club’s reputation as one of the region’s premier golf clubs.

Head Golf Pro and General Manager Alan Hager explained to NBA members that The Trails is dedicated to serving its members in a variety of ways, not just as a top-quality golf course. The Trails serves as a second home for many of its members, offering fun activities for families and events year around, such as an annual car show and a Fourth of July celebration with fireworks.

Located at 3200 S Berry Road in Norman, the golf club’s dining room and bar is also a popular venue for banquets and other special events, such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, and holiday occasions. Established in 1982, The Trails’ 18-hole championship golf course has been home to countless amateur, collegiate, and PGA tournaments through the years.

The NBA, one of Norman’s oldest small business advocacy organizations, meets every Friday morning to discuss local business developments and to hear from leaders in business, technology, government, media, sports, and a variety of other areas. Any Norman-area resident who owns a business, manages a business, or plays a key role in the operation of any for-profit or nonprofit organization is welcome to join.
