HAHA Imagine if businesses went and got their own clients instead of searching my social media and calling mine!

I will always be OK because I don't desire to grow from hurting others. I've been doing this since 2005, I have wonderful clients, I do really interesting things, and I support similar companies by liking, speaking highly of, and often times referring their services. That's why I continue to grow.

In a world with a lot of hate, violence, aggravation, and stress, I find joy in working hard, hearing from new clients, and making the world a bit more prepared and informed.

Imagine if businesses collaborated instead of competed so everyone grew at a level that was sustainable, fair to the customer, and was solution focused for their clients.

Knowing this room will be filled with focused individuals committed to decreasing fear and increasing awareness is incredibly rewarding to me. Honored to provide this level of training and education to this group.

Great Morning: As I completed my workout this morning, I looked around the gym and thought how great everyone was doing to be healthy, sustainable in life, and committed to self care.
Then I thought I hope their workplace contributes the same, provides workplace safety training, prepares them in the event of a critical incident, and supports their safety as much as they contribute to their health.

Williams College: Training future leaders is so incredibly rewarding. Students learning how to run an Emergency Operations Center during a mock incident on campus. Critical thinking at its finest! Great Job…..

Great early morning workout, and then grant preparations all day!!!!! This is going to be a stellar grant season, so when ya'll think I'm missing, I'm just sitting in a chair, tear filled eyes, racing heart beat, venting about Chief's waiting until the last minute, and then randomly smiling every time I hit submit......
Always thrilled to see how much money we can be awarded for emergency response agencies across the country.

Warwick RI is a little safer today after an outstanding morning of CPR/AED, Overdose Awareness and Narcan Administration with much more to come.
Regardless of industry, life-saving interventions and prevention are a must….

Successful Grant: Happy to announce that I was able to secure another grant for our region. Williamstown Fire Department received 5 Lifepak 1000 AED’s and a Lukas CPR Chest Compression Device.

Williams College Campus Safety: CPR/AED, Narcan Administration, Stop the Bleed and much more. This team showed up, participated, and made a difference. Outstanding work staying committed to the safety of Williams College.

Let the day begin! 4:00am road-trip, 6:00am set-up, and a full day of training. Any workplace, any industry, this is going to be an amazing training day……

I don’t have many hobbies but one I love is cooking. I’ve always said my retirement will be owning a restaurant. This was delicious-farm fresh eggs, lean burger, spinach, garlic, onion, tomatoes, shredded cheese, seasoned perfectly, and a touch of salsa! Go Time….

ASHER Training: Active Shooter Hostile Event Response training is more than checking a box, more than a 2-hour class, more than a single agency solution. Greatly appreciative to Mayor Jennifer Macksey for supporting my teams efforts to teach critically important response capabilities at North Adams City Hall recently. A huge shout out to Chief Bailey and Chief Kelley, and North Adams and Adams Police Departments for participating and being committed to meeting the objectives of this training. To our local EMS and Fire Departments, you never cease to amaze me with your continued commitment, as I know many of you now have 3-5 classes that you've attended. That's a true indication of the focus you have for the safety of your community. To my team of Lead Instructors Dave Sherman and Joshua Baker, the added value of your instruction is the true gap closer for Police, Fire and EMS coming together as one unified response solution.

Training Notification:
This evening, at approximately 6 o’clock, emergency response agencies will be training at North Adams City Hall.
If traveling in the area, you may expect to see several emergency response vehicles. There is no reason to be alarmed or to call 9-1-1.
An update will be provided at the conclusion of the training. Please do. It stop or attempt to pull into the parking lot, as we will be utilizing that space for individuals training and emergency vehicles.

FEMA anticipates the 2023 Assistance to Firefighters Grant to open in late January. They will be conducting in-person workshops across New England.

We have been able to secure a class in North Adams:

This grant is for Fire Departments and non-profit, stand-alone EMS Agencies.
