What is your favorite thing about working at Goldfish: "My favorite part about working at Goldfish is getting to see my kids grow as they learn to master skills, especially those who start off fearing the water and end up conquering that fear, turning into a desire to want to swim." 🤩 🏊🏽‍♂️

What do you like to do outside of work? "Outside of goldfish I spend my time playing tennis 🎾 as well as teaching tennis lessons. I love to travel 🛬 to new places and spend a lot of time at the beach. 🏖️ 🌊 And am involved in student government at my school." 👨🏽‍⚖️

What is one fun fact about you? "A fun fact about me is that I love Christmas time!" 🎄 🎅🏼 🎁 ❄️

What do you like to do outside of work? "I love to hike, draw, and go to concerts!" 🥾 🎨 🏟️

What is one fun fact about you?: "I did choir for 3 years, and took 6 different art classes throughout high school!" 🎙️ 🎵

It's Water Safety Week North Attleboro 🥳 We incorporate Water Safety 🌊 🦺 into every lesson! Our instructor's always start off by going over our GOLDEN ✨ safety rules, and we put emphasis on our life-saving skills to remind swimmers how to stay safe in the pool. 🏊🏽

After lessons, ask your swimmer about the amazing life-saving skills they review each week, and comment their favorite. 🤗 Sea otter back float, rollover breathing, wall walking, climbing out of the pool, there's so many to choose from! 😉

Is your little one getting ready to start a new school year? Maybe they're heading back to the pool as well or starting swim lessons for the first time. Bubbles and Freeya aren't only here to help welcome little fish back to school, back to pool they're also here to help with some of the things that can go along with new experiences! 💫

Freeya is one who knows how to go with the flow, and she can be a swimsational buddy for your little one if they're nervous about meeting a new teacher (in the pool or in the classroom)! Remind them that it's okay to feel nervous or scared, grownups feel those feelings too, but change can be a really wonderful thing and an amazing opportunity for things like new Golden memories and even FINtastic friendships! 😉 🧡

It’s time for a Mini Lesson Monday highlight! 🤗

Today, we’re focusing on some Mini Lesson milestones. From singing to gliding, climbing and playing, to getting their face wet and going underwater, these inchstones are big milestones for our Minis!! 🌟

Every lesson, we work toward these important milestones with you and your little fish to help them build their muscle memory and introduce them to the water in a way that is gentle, positive, and encouraging.

🌟 It's a Star Student Sunday and today's Star Student is, Molly! 🌟

Molly just turned 6 in July and is in Mr. Leo's Glder 3 Jump Start Clinic classes! 🤗 Molly started with us a Junior 1 back in May of 2023, and has made quite the SPLASH 🌊 in our pool since! 👏🏽 🥳

What is your favorite thing about swim lessons? "I love the warm water 😎 and I love the candy after my lesson. 🍬 I love all my teachers, but especially Mr Leo!"

What sports/hobbies/Interests do you have outside of swim? "I take ballet 🩰 and tap lessons 💃🏼 and just started to study piano. 🎹 I love to draw and want to be an art teacher. 🎨 I also like to do crafts!"

Do you have any fun facts to share? "My Auntie Meaghan, who lives in Texas, sent me a big pillow with her picture on it and I sleep with it every night. It is my favorite thing!" 🥰

Molly has made big WAVES 🌊 in our pool, and we cannot wait to see where her Goldfish journey takes her!! 💙 🤩 🧡

It's another and today's Team Member is our July Employee of the month, Kobe! 🥳 🌟

Kobe is a Swim Instructor and Certified Lifeguard at Goldfish North Attleboro, and he often helps out with our event team too! 🤗 Kobe has been with Goldfish since February 2023. Since joining us he has graduated from high school and goes to college, but he comes back to join us during his summer and winter breaks! ☀️ ❄️

Outside of the pool, Kobe also enjoys teaching music lessons at School of Rock Attleboro, and plays multiple instruments including guitar 🎸 piano 🎹 drums 🥁 and he sings! 🎙️ Join us in congratulating Kobe on all his hard work and dedication to Goldfish! 🌟 🎊
