From free weights to kettlebells, we have it all, including instructor-led strength and BootCamp classes! Plus, with our unlimited class and fitness membership, you get 24-hour keycard access to our fitness space, so you can work out whenever it suits you!

FUPD…🖕Parkinson’s disease!!
Did you know we Not only empower women and girls through boxing, but we have an AWESOME program 6 days a week to empower and enhance the lives of those with Parkinson’s ?
Monday thru Saturday 10am we offer live as well as remote classes.
Sure there’s boxing, but there’s also:
Strength training
Balance exercises
Word games
Memory games
Puzzle making
Music trivia
a Monthly Support group (open to nonmembers)
A private Nurse that checks blood pressure, has the gang Pledge Allegiance every day and kicks ass in our workouts
The BEST “family” of members who support and challenge one another
and sooooo much more!
