Today's topic is stress its job and relationship between you and environmental factors and how it may manifest itself in you there is good and bad stress an example of good stress is being excited,anxious or anticipating something that's been long awaited releases dopamine serotonin endorphins adrenaline ect no harm no fail now on the other end of then spectrum of stress is the stress everyone's associated with and normalized so before we dive into stress and how it's cultivated/harvested in (nature) vs what I call the (concrete jungle) aka living life on lives terms as an functioning member of society in 2022 in nature any and all things that fall in the category of living things animals plants bacteria ect living things that fall into that category must meet a criteria of characteristics of living organizations such as, cells/dna/rna, metabolic action, internal environmental changes, growth, art of reproduction, adaptation, interaction, and last but not least respiration any disruption of these actions weather big or small causes bad stress and the term bad stress is loaded because it's a failsafe to help you understand change in one's self or environment so with that back ground in nature If we have a cheeta and a gazelle one is a herbivore🥬 and the other is a carnivore🥩 both need metabolic action for quality of life to be upheld so both are in a stressful state due to hunger the gazelle grazes the planes and activities the goals of feeding however everything is not hunky dory as being a prey animal their are predator animals such as said cheeta the cheeta has been stocking the gazelle so this is the chance we get to see the stress in the full circle so far as nature is concerned the cheeta will take chase to the gazelle which puts the gazelle back into a state of stress in this example the gazelle found food eliminating the stress momentarily and the cheeta has been in a constant state of stress both lack of food and taking chase so for the gazelle all opinions will end in the end of the gazelle stresses by getting away from the cheeta and living to repeat the process or not being so lucky and being the cheetas food now in the cheetas perspective it can be ither or such as a successful hunt which is stress subsidies for the time being or missing the opportunity and hunger continues or they parish so with that small example when it comes to humans and this is going on the whim that said human has all the 20th century amenities home,water,food,clothing ect which can also give stress but the focus on the human and stress and its environment in the (concrete jungle) model is that most if not all of your stress will not come form the previously given examples it will come form one of if not all these factors bills,obligations, social/ societal norms/obligations, work environments, nature of career choice both physically and mentally taxing, mental health ect the list could go on forever so the big thing to take form this is you will never not be under subject to these factors maybe some more then less but none the less as being a living organization we are bound to them so focus on how can I work on or interact with these elements or factors in a clean fashion or mathematically speaking have no remainders or least amount possible I call that working as ergonomically correct/ efficient as possible none of this you will pick up over night its mathematics you build on your understanding of the fundamentals and add on as it applies or further your understanding of oneself and this is a segway into (cns) central nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system and fight or flight which in a way is deep seeded almost reactions vs conscious decisions IT IS a conscious decision but you've made that decision who knows when but it's basically like you default setting or what I like to call your autopilot and I also almost forget to mention in any state of stress both short and long term it suppress pretty much everything that isn't your critical assessment in you cns aka brain and nervous system your respiratory system cardiovascular system your adrenals for adrenaline in hopes to get you and your body out of the environment by any means necessary through focus in the mentioned areas by giving you momentarily hyper abilities so theirs a tone of into on this and I encourage putting in the effort to learn thyself for thyself 😁until next time much love peace & prosperity sincerely Mr. Williams⛎️⚕️
Today's topic is gate/posture and this is just a brief explanation when one thinks of gate/posture mosts view is one dimensional such as standing posture how ever that is 1% of a 360° spectrum or understanding of what one's gate/posture is which in a total accumulation of not only present (quirks or ticks) such as fidgeting, tapping of the legs, twiddling of the fingers, keeping teeth/jaw clinched, keeping shoulders high the list goes on forever but also past endeavors medical background such as if ones effected with ( kyphosis lordosis or scoliosis) which this image is an example of an posterior pelvic tilt which would inherently effect your everyday proper gate/posture or anatomical positioning also athletic history even if you no longer practice said sport/activity one must think of muscle memory pretty much everything you've ever done or will do with your body to some capacity will be stored within now depending on the nature of said activity or event will determine how its stored example anything that's not welcomed on a mental,emotional, physical level will generally be stored as trauma mentally pondering or dreading things creates a certain angst which is high stress and is followed by an emotional response of dumping histamines endorphins into the bloodstream which is your overall matrix at that point in time which is your musculatures building blocks for effecting ex*****on and adding the next step which may not occur in all case how ever for example purposes we will say it does if there's any blunt force trauma including jerking jarring whipping lacerations fractures ect the (fear) or flight or fight parasympathetic nervous system response is that of protection or doing whatever the body needs to do on a chemical level to get you through traumatic events now with that being said the normal overall matrix of your internal system isn't or shouldn't be kept in a prolonged state of fear,stress,angst but in these situations all of the histamines/endorphins/adrenaline ect are in a way stored or locked in the start suspended animation in you musculature and ultimately your cellular system which is everything so until those things are detoxed out of your system and not in an 100% context but the more the better enough that it isn't effecting whatever activity your trying to conduct weather it's simply not being sore or actually in action which is the physical manipulation of all these things on a cellular level effecting movement which is why in some cases drunk divers walk away from accidents that very clearly they shouldn't have and if you've ever heard hunters referring to good and bad meat the introduction of fear hormones and things of that nature makes the meat bad which is why hunters go for a heart shot vs head shot heart shot caesars all communication to organs that would otherwise release those enzymes in the event of great trauma and also future handling or endeavors of one's self such as if your work entails gazing at bright screens (tvs,computers,phones,tablets ect) for x amount of hrs your still activity accumulating your quirk/tick/trauma so if your not only putting forth the effort to turn back the clock of what you have already accomplished and stockpiled but also your fresh accumulative of the day it can still go south just not as much so if you fall into this category it's ultimately what's your goal we encourage complete elimination however some are content with breaking even and to those people the analogy I use is if I'm a mechanic and I change your tire (and you and me both know there are no spare body parts laying around) if your still a bad driver you'll be back with the same problem so we love and wish to see growth in all realms so long story short you should be assessing every and all positions and postures (home, bed, work both type of work and hrs at work, commute, gym, extracurricular activities (things you do for fun) all the way down to how you prefer to sit in chairs all of the thing you kinda do for seemingly no reason there's definitely a reason why it's you just have to ask yourself why you don't trust an ankle or hand or wrist to handle the task at hand and like I said this is a small example of what it means to understand one's gate and why you prefer the things you do until the next topic PEACE BE WITH YOU sincerely Mr.Williams⚕️

Believe it or not it's a common occurrence individuals thinking when you brew/steep various herbs and herb byproducts into water that it's percentage of water or hydration is all the same which couldn't be any farther from the truth yes there is a fair amount of water left after the chemical reaction (the steeping or brewing process has ceased also adding water soluble substances to said water) in both cases steep/brew/soluble substances once you start or add substance the collective water content is evaporating as this process continues less actual water remains and more herb/soluble substance is concentrated yet remaining in a liquid form which could be one of the reasons individuals believe its all the same how ever this is why you can't drink sea water because it's actually more salt then it is water and this is how chefs make sauces stews and reductions and with that in mind when individuals ingest said tea coffee pop cola soda beer pretty much anything that isn't straight water it dehydrates the individual generally speaking we are a closed internal system the human body is roughly between 45%-75% water at any given time with those things in mind once brew is ingested it brings you over all percentage down not just brew but generally speaking it takes x amount of water to facilitate proper digestion process at all times and once you are on the lower end of hydration depending on lifestyle genetics geographic location ect as one would think with any system that's dependent on fluid(s) once the fluid is low processes could stop all together but normally it just makes it harder on pretty much every area of normal biology heart because the blood is thicker and requires more energy to pump arteries pretty much same story stretching the arteries out and yes they have a degree of elasticity but unlike skin it really has next to no retention and with that being said pretty much makes it that much more difficult for all of your organs both in what ever process said organ does and on a oxygen/carbon exchange capillary level wise because things aren't being defused in a normal/most effective manner so long story short with most thing if your taking taking from any closed system eventually you won't have anything to take from so please water your insides it's much need and appreciated both by the body and those who work on and with them water is your friend just as much as knowledge of self and the world we walk/breathe/drink ill be touching on parts per million aka (ppm)s which refers to your quality of water in the sense of when we talked about sea water being more salt then it is water water is a powerful solvent and can have iron sulphur magnesium calcium fluoride ect dissolved in it and that will determine if you water is what the industry calls hard or soft water if you've ever seen on a outside or indoor spicket the hard white/cream or tan/green colored stuff in crusted onto it that is an example of hard water and yes we and our insides are not metal pipes but those elements can build up inside various areas organs weak or damaged areas of veins and arteries ect so another long story short its worthwhile to look into these things just for quality of health/life sincerely Mr.Williams peace&knowledge be with you♐⚕⛎
A little more background on Mr.Willimas I have worked in every workplace/setting possible in this field salons,studios,spa,conglomerance,therapeutic, holistic centers ect be weary of places that have more coaches then players what I mean by that Is coaches are wonderful for shaping and molding fresh new minds /on comers to whatever and all fields correct how every coaches other job is to get you or whomever into routine the most common routine with coaches iv come across in every single setting is the desire to get you into a routine that based more on your financials then said therapy thats post to be provided yes nothing is free of course how ever when the workplace/boss is more fixated on you being in a assembly line vs critical troubleshooting of your specific ailment or general continuing education I raise the question how is this a means to an end the definition of therapy is (treatment intended to relieve or heal a disorder) yes they may have the relief portion MAY how ever that healing portion is very far and few and because most people who aren't in the massage world they are unaware that massage can be and should be healing a mean to an end in the sense of a fresh new slate if you dont put forth genuine effort to change the muscle memory habits in most cases it will return however in active practice of massage its our duty to provide the high-quality treatment possible to our knowledge of the ailment so long story short make sure the place your seeking therapy believes in THERAPY by definition and NOT their own interpretation work with players not coaches I happen to be both😁 sincerely The Player🖤💪🏿
I believe my style/modalitie application of massage is so different from most conventional people that practice massage is #1 my body count is in the hundreds of thousands which may sound like an exaggeration how ever this is a total accumulation throughout my life both documented and undocumented which allows for what is referred to as quality of touch to be unmatched #2 my professors teachers mentors were not only sound in their understanding of massage both applications scope of practice and relaying said information in class also drilling that our EFFECTIVE troubleshooting is a key cornerstone of true therapy #3 I don't pussyfoot around about my own pain,money or time which is exactly how I approach every individual session as if I were working on myself and I expect/ kinda demand the highest quality that money/knowledge can be acquired at anytime there seems to be a fashion of doing the bare minimum and passing it off as a complete job or top notch work I have -0% interest in that most of my work is word of mouth so I'm striving to change lives not treat🍬 and in the wording I'd like/demand the whole pie im paying for it aren't I?🤣🤔🫓 sincerely Mr.Williams⚕
This is a humerus depiction of aggressive sleeping which may sound not real but it is very much so not in everyone and verys case to case but a small example of (one not being about to either relax or let go or find peace within your mind) suffering in different degrees when it comes time to retain all that happens in a day's time (which is you body's regeneration period) is surprisingly fairly common and just as the image suggest it effects mostly middle-aged women however isn't exclusive to any age or s*x more of an adaptive/ learned behavior stress would be the stimuli the fidgety/uneasy/distress would be the response to said stimuli if left unregulated obviously sleep quality diminishes which second hand will effect you immune system/ body's natural ability to process period (toxins,nutrients, cognitive function ect) and physically speaking will start the onset if not already existent to some degree TMJ which is basically jaw pain yet not limited to the jaw it CAN manifested in the face almost like a toothache so headaches migraines coincide with TMJ another syndrome is Restless Leg which the name suggests pretty much every facet from the lower back to the souls of your feet(lower back,sacrum popliteal fossa aka back of kneecap,shins, calves,ankles,toes,souls) CAN exhibit pain discomfort lack of strength range of motion ect and its coinciding ligaments,tendons and joints so long story short if this sounds like a relatable thing to you or anyone you may know meditations,yoga,manipulation(massage),therapy(counseling) can be ground shattering for breakthroughs now none of this both the accumulation of disorders/syndromes ect are overnight nor is the healing/regeneration process overnight so give yourself adequate time and make sure your actions toward growth is as genuine as effort put forth hindering health growth quality of life sincerely Mr.Williams😁

I'm frequently asked what depth of pressure one is receiving when on the table in comparison to others firstly the massage that any other person(s) may receive is not directly correlate to what your session will or could be due to s*x, weight, build, walk of life/quality of life,frequently ingested liquids and soilds or lack of ingestion, ones stress management skills if any falling under (worrywarts) (nervous nancys) (anxious amys) (controlling karens) ect a massage can go millions of different ways but generally speaking it's typically going to transpire in 1 of 3 way or any combination of the 1 through 3ways way:1 is where I'm doing most if not all of the physical manipulation and in the nature of the wording (physical manipulate) can be and in most cases a degree of difficulty/challenge I reframe from using the word pain or painful because pain is typically used in illustration of injury, harm, lacerations ect which is not what we are doing but because generally speaking we are comfortable with throwing things that are unpleasant, uncomfortable, annoying in the pain category which isn't clear or close to actual representation way:2 is a 50/50 team effort in which the client is breathing in a maximum inhale/exhale capacity with a comfortable pace and relaxing to their full capability which facilities maximum retention of the manipulation how ever that doesn't mean that it will be a cake walk this second way highlights very specific muscle fiber groups/ligaments/tendons that are frequently used in a specific sence example if you sleep with one arm under or above your head or religiously sleep on one shoulder or side of the bed or what I refer to that as sleeping in a coffin vs (work related or past/present athletic adventures) repetitive motions also acute/chronic injury/injuries way:3 is when the client has an abnormal depth of focus ability to relax/breathe achieving what's referred to as (THETA State) and in this case most if not all of their physical restrictions dissolves/melts away with next to or basically no depth of pressure this would be an example of the client achieving maximum balance within one's self and ultimately they are doing the manipulation but within the mind and actually letting go and allowing the body to do its natural corse of action which is to return to homeostasis so long story short just like art and food not everyone's illustration of macaroni and cheese is macaroni and cheese 😆 peace be with you much love&happy holidays sincerely Mr.Williams 🎁❄

I'm frequently asked what's my main modalitie of choice when it comes to manipulation/massage most believe it to be deep tissue which is misleading yes im well versused is Neuro muscular which is a classification which falls under deep tissue how ever I believe and was taught if you dont understand the modalities/techniques/application and the sub classifications within the spectrums you will not get the maximum result (less or no pain, higher range of motion, overall longevity, ect)so what sets my craft aside from what we will say is conventional massage is its indepth results driven therapy we star with what your desired results are then assess how much of that is feasible what your capable of tolerating in one session and go from there SOAP NOTES are how we set everything into motion Subjective which is what you tell me the problem is Objective is what I think and can visibly observe Assessment is what we did that day or what was the actual problem or factors that are at play poor gate/posture career choice high activity high impact low activity/sedentary low/no impact ect and Plan is what areas of focus what modalities/techniques/application you may or may not respond to the best how frequently you should receive sessions how long the sessions are and are lasting how fast you maybe wanting to get to said results ect all of which is subjective to lifestyle, availability,finance,toleration ect so to summarize all of this its completely session to session customized to the DAYS problem you want to think of my craft as life coaching from an adequate LMT perspective I know this is alot and there's more depending on medical history athletic history pharmaceuticals surgical history the list is almost endless so please get in touch with me for further details/information regarding anything that maybe plaguing you sincerely peace be with you
