As for the regular menu items we continue to serve up our Adobo, Pork Humba, Bicol Express, Pancit, Pinakbet, Bistek, and Sinigang. Additional combo meals are Sisig, and Fried Fish.

I would like to start off with our featured dishes today which are Caldereta and Palabok. Our Palabok is only back for a short time so get yours while it lasts.

Second, I would like to reiterate our hours of operation as some of our platforms had issues updating. Now that we are back from our temporary closure we have adjusted our hours of operation due to staffing issues. So from Thursday to Sunday we are open from 1100am-700pm, and we are closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Lastly, if you or someone you know are interested in joining our team feel free to message us or call. Position entails food preparation, counter service, table bussing and dish washing in a mild paced work environment.

Today our featured dish is delicious Kare-Kare and dinuguan. Kare-Kare is a peanut sauce marinated beef shrunk with green beans, bok choy, and eggplant. Our dinuguan is a pork blood broth marinated pork belly. Both delicious dishes can be purchased individually or paired with our regular a la carte items to create a combination with rice and 10% off.

Additionally, we have a new batch of siopao and a few Spanish bread left today so get yours while they last.

Today marks the day we alter our menu and make it less confusing. Our staff numbers are not sufficient for the regular menu output so we are changing it to bring you the best service possible. We still offer our combo meals as we did before. Pancit with Lumpia, Fried Fish, Sisig, and with the purchase of any two a la carte items we will add a side of rice and take 10% off that combo.

Changes include a smaller menu to order from, but keep a set number of items everyday which include our much loved Bicol express, chicken adobo, bistek, pork Humba, pancit, and Lechon Kawali. Those items will be present everyday Thursday thru Sunday.
Other changes offer one or two featured dishes. The featured dishes are the Kusinera’s choice of random dishes from items previously on our menu. Today our featured dishes are Caldereta and Pinakbet. This featured dish will be the only thing changing on our menu regularly so keep watch on our page to see what is new for the day.

Today will be our last day before we temporarily close the doors. We will reopen on July 13th with an adjusted schedule of operating hours.
