Gentle, Restorative, and Yin Yoga are entirely about relaxation and stillness through the use of props in supported postures
This is a good entry point for new students, those recovering from pain or injury, and those looking to experience a slower-moving, therapeutic yoga class. No previous experience is required!

New 8 week belly dance sessions starting at the Yoga Place in North Canton!
Monday nights at 7:30- Beginner/foundations: learn proper posture and technique to dance safely and beautifully. No prior dance experience needed. Starts July 15th
Wednesday nights at 7:30- Intermediate: drill movements while learning fun and sassy combinations.
Starts July 17th
Thursday nights at 7:30: Advanced Fusion: Conditioning, drills, choreography and stage presence. Starts July 18th

July 4th Bike Mob at Yoga Central (ages 8 to 80)! A Jackie Parker special with one hour of yoga, 10 miles biking, and climbing the McKinley Monument steps. Here are a couple of intrepid bikers emerging from the secret-wooded passageway. Names have been withheld to protect the guilty. We'll probably do this again on Labor Day.
