Did you remember that Aug. 28th is National Rainbow Bridge day?
Honestly, I didn't until Sherry S., one of my Grief About Pet parents reminded me. Did you know the author who wrote the Rainbow Bridge poem is unknown?
One more question, have you signed up for the Rainbow Walk in Medina (Buckeye Woods Park) on Sunday, Sept. 15th at 1 p.m.? If you need more information email me at [email protected]
It's good and healthy grief to remember and sometimes miss our pets who have died. The love never goes away.

Phoebe has a gift card and Google question for you -
Avery and I had so much fun making this. Watch out for those candy thieves in your house!
Phoebe is having a hard time getting out of bed. When we are grieving, it's so hard to get motivated. Especially when we are missing our morning greeting from our pet(s). Consider attending one of Grief About Pets, LLC - GAPs pet loss support groups. We offer one on the second Wed. (at Eternal Paws) and the fourth Wed. online at 6:30 p.m. (EST) every month. Email [email protected] or call 330-415-8879 to register and get more information. Groups are FREE thanks to sponsors Eternal Paws and Faithful Companions!

We will still have our regular Google Meets group on the fourth Wed. of every month. Our next group is coming up soon on Wed. June 22 at 6:30 p.m. Thanks to Faithful Companion.
However, we are going to also have a new on-site group at Eternal Paws (3102 Wadsworth Rd. Norton, Ohio). Our first on-site group will be held on Wed. July 13 at 6:30 p.m. Thanks to the owner, Christine Laliberte.

I saw this on Regency's page. How true!
Pet parents, we highly encourage you to join us on March 21st to 27th for our Pet Grief Awareness Week. 🐾🌈
Have you heard that the GAPs (Grief About Pets) pet loss support group has been decreased to only once a month by our sponsor Regency NE Ohio? Of course, we are grateful that Regency is keeping the group going once a month.
Thanks to Hummel's and Regency, we've helped many hurting pet parents since 2019. Throughout the COVID pandemic, the group kept meeting. Our hurting pet parents knew they were not alone!
We continue to meet on Google Meet every fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
I'd love to hear any ideas you may have on how we can find another caring business to also sponsor another support group session.
Two groups a month is crucial to newly bereaved pet parents who have lost their heart pets and feel devastated. [email protected]
How are you holding up?

How are you holding up? Every day is a challenge when we are grieving the loss of our beloved pets (humans too). Some days we are rolling along just fine and then the grief craps us so deeply that it takes our breath away.

I missed facilitating our last GAPs/Regency Pet Loss Support group. However thanks to Chanda and Danielle, it went great! I did get to see the recording on video. What a treat! It was wonderful to see how much our grieving pet parents help each other!
The sharing and caring that goes on in support groups is so healthy and healing!!!
