I just wanted to take a moment and post this. This evening I took time off so I could be ok mentally. I enjoy my business, I enjoy seeing and hearing from all of you who order food from us. But as an adult actively managing Bipolar Disorder, it is hard to just be ok sometimes. If you know someone who is actively managing a mental illness including BURNOUT, please just check on them, sometimes we need time and space other times we need a hug, other times we need to seek professional help.

I can only speak to Bipolar from my personal experience. If you have bipolar disorder, remember even in those deep dark days, you must choose to live and fight forward.
